Despu\u00e9s, los colocamos con cuidado en un recipiente con agua y lim\u00f3n para que no se ennegrezcan. Los hervimos, a\u00f1adiendo al agua el lim\u00f3n exprimido y la sal, hasta obtener la consistencia deseada y luego los colocamos sobre un pa\u00f1o para que se sequen.<\/p>\n<p>Preparamos la masa poniendo en un bol un huevo, sal, pimienta, cebolletas y anchoas finamente cortadas y luego lo batimos todo agregando poco a poco la harina y el agua para que la masa tenga una consistencia densa, pero no l\u00edquida. En una sart\u00e9n adecuada, ponemos a calentar aceite de oliva de buena calidad y sumergimos los cardos, en peque\u00f1as cantidades, que previamente habremos pasado por la masa.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando los cardos se hayan dorado uniformemente, los sacamos y los escurrimos en papel absorbente.<\/p>\n<p>Te recomendamos comerlos calientes. \u00a1Que aproveche!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":63997,"template":"","categories":[1996],"luogo":[],"stagione":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
