Taobuk, from 16 to 20 June, international literary festival, brings together the tradition of Taormina as a cosmopolitan capital of literature, and of the arts in general, a refuge for eccentric and excellent personalities.
Each year Taobuk chooses a theme, around which the calendar of meetings takes shape, with the help of authoritative writers, thinkers and artists, in a tight flow of ideas and novelties.
At the center of the festival is literature, through the point of view of international writers. The Taobuk program, however, is also embellished with exhibitions, theatrical performances, dance plays and film retrospectives, in suggestive locations, first of all the Ancient Theater, together with the city’s palaces and large hotels.
